Topics include proactive classroom management, intentional scheduling and routines, and effective lesson planning to support children's learning, behavior, and overall development.
Whether you are new to the early childhood profession or an experienced educator, you will leave with tools and strategies you can immediately implement to strengthen your classroom and support children's success.

Fun in the Sun: Engaging Children in Nature-Based Learning, will define nature-based learning and explore its key benefits. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of engaging preschool-aged children in outdoor, play-based, nature-rich environments and will learn practical ways to incorporate these experiences into their daily routines.

From Chaos to Calm: Preschool Scheduling 101 provides educators with the knowledge and practical strategies to design and implement an effective daily schedule for preschool classrooms. Participants will receive 1-hour training credit for GAPD System.

Strong lesson planning is the foundation of high-quality early childhood education.This training introduces participates to the purpose and importance of lesson planning and explores how intentional planning supports children’s learning, development, and engagement. Participants will examine how thoughtful planning helps educators create meaningful, developmentally appropriate experiences that meet the needs of all chidlren.
Throughout the training, participants will identify the key components of an effective lesson plan, including learning objectives, activities, materials, assessmen tmehtods, and strategieis for family engagement. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how well-designed lesson plans support children’s growth while fostering meaningful partnerships between educators and families.
